RESEARCH RESOURCES

The ENGAGE Consortium strives to develop new strategies and create research resources for genetic and genomic research.

  • SAIL-Sample avAILability system: SAIL is a system to browse and search samples and phenotypes across diverse data collections, and is currently covering over 33,000 samples from 11 European studies. It provides an instant view of biomaterial and phenotype availability in major European biobanks, currently with focus on metabolic syndrome phenotypes in ENGAGE.
